The policies, procedures and restrictions below are based on what we will be pushing this season. Remember: A physical physical examination should not replace a physical examination of the athlete's physical ability, fitness or athletic performance. Vision tests are an important part of assessing athletic ability and associated athletic ability, although they can vary widely depending on the specific needs of athletes. While the eye test method is the most common form of vision testing specifically aimed at improving vision function, the Sports Vision Test method goes a step further. Sporting performance not only increases athletic performance in the gym, but also requires a good understanding of a player's vision and physical abilities.
The patient must be legally resident in the state where the test is performed and must be 18 years or older in that state. Please note: If the parent is a coach, referee or goalkeeping coach, an adult is allowed as a spectator.
We understand that it is difficult to find time to schedule doctor appointments for children when they are so busy. Parents are encouraged to be more than just spectators by volunteering their time and being their children's biggest fans. MinuteClinic (r) is a great place for parents, children, in-laws and parents of children in sports. Come and pick up your kids and do their sports physics on the way out, or stop by for a moment before you pick them up.
